For our client we are looking for a Team Leader till FAMD

Description of the project/team 
We are currently looking for an AM Lead to FA Master Data, within SA Master Data Management. 
As an AM Lead you will have the overall responsibility for AM delivery within FA Master Data. The main responsibility as our AM Lead is to steer, support and follow-up of technical development service deliveries. You will be a part of the FAMD steering group. To be successful in this role you are customer focused, structured, understands business needs and has experience from working with managed service. 
SA Master Data Management is part of Enterprise Applications division and you will work closely within EA Division/FLOW PMO as well as with other FA’s and Programs 
Work tasks - What work tasks are to be performed? 
The job of an Team Lead for AM comes with lots of responsibility and of course lots of fun. Your tasks will include: 
• The main task is to ensure stable operations delivered in time and per governance principles, processes and agreed SLAs. 
• Cross functional Incident Management and Continuity Management 
• Secure and manage information to relevant stakeholders 
• Proactively lead the work for continuous service, system and solution improvements within their FA 
• Planning and prioritization of scope content and delivery status within each AM release 
• Manage plans and drive activities to ensure the production launch of AM releases. 
• Application Maintenance plans and documentation 
• Report status and escalate to Functional Area Responsible and PMO AM Management 
• Coordination with Release management and Change Board for AM scope and have the responsible for the FA specific Application Support & Maintenance (Includes sub process like Incident, Problem, Change, Transition / Service Introduction etc.) 
Technical Competences – Describe the technical competence.  
• Mandatory requirements: 
• Ability to understand and analyze business needs, translate them with the help of the maintenance team into IT requirements and drive execution towards successful delivery 
• Management and leadership experience e.g. Team Lead, minimum 2 years’ experience. 
• Experience from standard system implementation and understanding of maintenance of complex solutions 
• Experience from managed service and leading offshore deliveries 
• Experience from procurement, contract, vendor management and maintenance processes 
• Experience of manage distributed teams 
• Good business knowledge 
• Qualifying requirements: 
• Worked with material Master Data in global companies and with off-shore development. 
• Qualifying with experience and knowledge of SAP 
• Tools/software: 
• SAP 
• Jira 
• ALM
